instead of "OTHERS" :-)

Jaspreet ji, yes ji, when you take care of yourself you will be able to take care of others as well as all of  your chores very efficiently.

Just like when one travel in plane. Safety announcement says, in case of emergency put your own Gass mask first then help your child or one one else. If you cannot breath how can you help others. Same way if you take care of your health and well being you will be happy and healthy, physically and emotionally to help others.
